Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Akay Mason, A Very Dirty Christmas is a gripping 120-minute drama-action film set against the vibrant and dangerous backdrop of Lagos, Nigeria. The film blends English, Yoruba, and Nigerian Pidgin, delivering an authentic and emotionally charged cinematic experience.
A dark family thriller with high stakes, the film follows the haunting disappearance of Jade, a stripper whose sudden vanishing sends her sisters on a dangerous journey from Lagos to Abuja and Ashe. What begins as a desperate search soon unravels into a shocking discovery — a powerful counterfeit drug syndicate tied directly to their own father. As tensions rise, the family is forced into a deadly confrontation that threatens their survival.
